The goal at Versus Systems is to make games more fun. We do that by creating a system to allow advertisers to integrate their products in the form of prizes that players could real world rewards.
Our system comprises of 3 core products: prize provider, content provider and admin platforms. These product then feed data out through our SDK to integrate into various video games and content partners.
THE VERSUS DESIGN PROCESS
I lead the design team at Versus Systems and worked with our Product Managers, Designers and Engineering Leadership to develop a design process that promotes collaboration within the teams. We do this by having points in the process where we present our in-progress work, for example during the Cross-Functional Sync where we get feedback from engineering or during whiteboard sessions.

We implemented the Atomic Design System approached when creating our core products using Sketch Libraries. Our design system, Potion, allowed us to keep consistency for our users as well as speed up design and engineering.
